   We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and users, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
   
   
2. Collecting Information About You
   When you take a training course, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, department, employee number, etc. This information may be linked to your course completion record (score/pass, date and time of submission of results). By taking this training, you consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of this information to your employment representative to confirm completion of this training.

3. Disclosing Information About You
   Frame & Associates will not sell, transmit, or disclose your personally identifiable information to any third party (except as may be required by law.) Frame & Associates has security measures in place to protect personally identifiable information from loss or misuse. Only authorized individuals have access to personally identifiable information and that access is on a need-to-know basis. Your personal information is processed and/or stored inside Canada.

   We take precautions, including use of sophisticated encryption and authentication tools, to protect the security of the personal information that you share.
   
   
5. Links to Third Party Sites
   Our training contains links to web sites operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different than our privacy policy. You access such linked sites at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a linked site before disclosing any personal information on such site.
